Adam Deutschbauer has a background in microbial systems biology. As Environmental Atlas Science Lead, he develops next-generation tools for microbial functional genomics. These tools drive the development of experimental approaches to develop models of microbial metabolism, gene regulation, and signal transduction. He supports the high-throughput processing of ENIGMA isolates, facilitating integration and collaboration between groups.
